Service scope
TrustMax Reviews provides done-for-you review-request support, branded review pages, QR codes, review-reply drafts, and reputation reporting for home-service businesses. Services are designed to help businesses request honest feedback from real customers and manage their public review presence.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate business information, a valid review link, and customer contact information that you are authorized to use. You must only submit real customers who did business with you and comply with applicable laws and your own customer communications obligations.
Ethical review practices
TrustMax does not write, buy, fake, gate, or filter reviews. Every customer must receive the same review destination. We do not guarantee a review count, rating, search ranking, revenue result, or other outcome.
Review replies
Review-response drafts are provided for your review and approval. You remain responsible for the final content and for posting any response to a third-party platform.
Billing and cancellation
Plans are month-to-month and may be canceled anytime. There is no setup fee for the first 60 days; after that period, a $197 setup fee may apply. Fees and plan details are confirmed during onboarding before services begin.
