First month
The first month is refundable only if onboarding is not completed. Onboarding includes receiving the required business information, a review link, and the information needed to configure your service.
After service delivery
No refunds are provided after reports are delivered. This includes monthly reputation reports and other completed service deliverables for the applicable billing period.
Cancellation
Plans are month-to-month and can be canceled anytime. Cancellation stops future recurring service charges; it does not create a refund for completed work or delivered reports.
